1. Our Service Commitment

We are here to repair, maintain, and optimize your existing commercial signage. Whether we are fixing electrical faults in an Electronic Message Center or replacing faded vinyl graphics, we promise to use high-quality materials and professional techniques to restore your brand's visibility.

2. Quotes and Estimates

We pride ourselves on our fast, photo-based digital quoting process. However, please keep in mind:

• Initial quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information and photos you provide.
• Occasionally, when our technicians arrive on-site, they may discover hidden structural weaknesses or complex electrical faults that weren't visible in a photo.
• If the actual repair requires more work or different materials than the original estimate, we will always stop and discuss the updated cost with you before proceeding. No surprise bills.

3. Site Access and Approvals

To fix your sign quickly, we need to be able to reach it.

• Please ensure our service trucks and technicians have clear, safe access to the sign on the scheduled repair day.
• If your property is managed by a landlord or a property management group, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary permissions for us to perform maintenance services on the premises.

4. Payment Terms

We like to keep billing as simple as our repairs.

• Payment is generally due upon completion of the repair unless we have set up a specific corporate maintenance account with you.
• For unusually large projects (like a complete pylon sign overhaul), we may request a deposit before ordering specialized custom materials.

5. Our Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If the specific repair we performed fails shortly after our visit due to our workmanship, give us a call and we will make it right.

Note: This guarantee covers the work we did. It does not cover new damage caused by severe Texas weather, vandalism, or issues with older parts of the sign that we did not replace.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care while working on your property, The Sign Fixer is not liable for existing structural weaknesses that fail during a standard repair, or for any lost business revenue while your sign is unlit or undergoing maintenance.

7. Changes to These Terms

As our business grows, we might tweak these terms slightly to better serve our Houston customers. If we do, we will post the latest version right here on this page.
